• All Conference Lodging registration (tent sites, bunkhouse or Freedom Village options) include four nights (or any portion or combination threin) lodging; (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights).

• All concurrent sessions and workshops will be held at the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Campus in Oregon, IL.
• Field Trips (Thursday) will be hosted off-site with transportation provided.
• BioBlitz events, Project WET and Project WET Facilitator workshops (Saturday) will all be hosted off-site at Byron Forest Preserve; a short drive (15 minute) distance to which participants will need to provide their own transportation. Full Conference or Saturday one-day EEAI conference participants will be provided lunch at this site. Food vendors will be at this site as well for a fee.

5. FIELD SESSIONS

• The conference offers a full day of Field Sessions on Thursday for $20.00. This includes your choice of either one of the full-day field session options or your choice of two of the half-day sessions. Should you choose to only participate in one session (either am or pm); the price remains $20.00.

7. Is the $20 charge for the field sessions a flat rate, or is it $10 per half day?
